You can book your classes by credit card (Visa or Master) or PayPal.
Do I need to be an advanced player in order to become a member on Solfado?
No, you can use Solfado at any musical level and any age.
Can I cancel or postpone my booked classes on Solfado?
You can cancel or postpone your classes up to one week prior to your booked class at no charge. In this case your credit remains on your account and you can rebook new classes with your remaining credit. If you cancel or postpone your booked class up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, Solfado will refund 80% of the paid amount and you can rebook new classes with your remaining credit. Unfortunately, there is no possibility for a refund if you cancel or postpone your class within the last 48 hours prior to your class.
Do classes take place on holidays?
On general main holidays such as Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve there are no classes. You can see all holidays on the booking page. When booking your new classes, you will see the days and times of your sessions on the calendar. If you are booking periodical classes and one of your class days falls in a holiday, the next free week is automatically allocated to your next class.

What should I do in case I can’t attend my class session on time?
Your teacher will wait for you (if you haven't cancelled your class in advance) for the duration of your class, but the duration of the session cannot be extended.
